Better Parties...by One Charming Party {OUR 200th POST!}

HOORAY!!! THIS IS MY 200th POST!!! YIPPEE!!!
Have I ever told you the story about one of the reasons I started a blog? I saw Brittany's blog, One Charming Party. It was one of the first blogs I ever followed. I was in awe.  I was inspired. I couldn't believe someone could make kid's parties this gorgeous.  Simple, modern with perfect attention to detail.  She showed parties that were thoughtful, creative and had nothing to do with mass-marketing.  She opened my eyes that beautiful children's parties are possible and I've never been the same since. To me, One Charming Party has been life-changing. Have you seen the latest party and holiday ideas coming out of there? I feel kind of silly saying all this out loud, since I know Brittany and Sara will read this, but these girls ROCK.  If you didn't believe me already, let me tell you, they both not only met Martha, but were invited to be on the show. Is it really a wonder WHY? Check out their latest Dino Party Plan...

A few months ago, One Charming Party launched the first of their PARTY PLANS, a first in the industry,   "...so you can pull off a show-stopper with minimal effort." Which is just a brilliant concept in the event planning world.  It's like a gorgeous little magazine that has made it easy for YOU to plan a killer party.  ANYONE can actually do it, because they've made it just as simple as going to the big box store and buying those pre-matched sets...take that option out of your vocabulary, missy. Along with the best party inspiration and gorgeous photography, you get printies for the party itself, games, toppers, and invitations. In this treat of perfectly styled photos, you receive a detailed description of how you can create it yourself.

A great BOY party is so hard to find.  Honestly, when I downloaded the Dino Party (ABOVE) my jaw dropped. As an avid reader of One Charming Party, I knew I was going to love it, I had now idea I'd love it THIS much!! It shows you how to make EVERYTHING, and make it fabulous. Every detail is covered...including a resource guide. **Note the little cream garland, look familiar? hee hee. 5. I love all their parties! I purchased the dinosaur party in hopes that my baby boy might want a Dino themed party one day. I purchased the baking party for my daughter even though her birthday is almost a whole year away. I made the rainbow cake with my daughter over the weekend for an early St. patrick's Day dinner. we had so much fun. She is five and was in awe of our beautiful cake. we added a four leaf clover on top for luck. I would maybe go with the art party. I would like to see a party theme that is mixed with boys and girls. We go to a small school and always invite the whole class. my daughter would have easily done the dinosaur party at three or four but probably not for turning six.

    Also, I have no idea how to post a comment and hide my e-mail address for the public. I will work on that...
